Injection site rotation planner
Weekly GLP-1 shots go in the abdomen, front of the thighs, or back of the upper arms — and the label for every one of them says the same thing: rotate. Reusing the same spot builds up irritation, lumps under the skin, and can affect absorption. This planner spreads your next 8 shots across the sites you actually like using.
Rotation rules worth knowing
- Different spot every week. Same body region is fine — just move at least an inch from the last spot in that region.
- Abdomen: stay at least 2 inches away from your navel.
- Avoid moles, scars, bruises, and any skin that's tender, red or hard.
- Arms need help — the back-of-arm site is hard to reach solo; most people save it for weeks when someone can assist.
- Absorption is equivalent across all three regions for GLP-1s, so pick sites by comfort, not by rumor.
